Kevin Keuleman brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his is role as Sr. Director, Development. In his role with UIP, Kevin is responsible for managing the full life cycle of development projects from acquisition and planning to design, entitlement and permitting through construction, closeout and occupancy.
Prior to joining UIP in 2020, Kevin was Vice President with Perseus TDC from 2011 to 2020, where he oversaw the development of multiple mixed-use residential buildings in the Washington, DC metro region with a total market value of $500-million. From 2008 to 2011, Kevin was Director of Project Management for Monday Properties, where he managed capital improvement and tenant construction projects for Monday’s Washington, DC portfolio. From 2005 to 2008, Kevin was a Project Manager with the JBG Companies, where he worked on the redevelopment of the historic Marriott Wardman Park hotel. Kevin began his career with Skanska USA of Boston, where from 2000 to 2004, as Budget Manager on the $300-million Frank Gehry-designed Stata Center project for MIT, he oversaw the cost control process and value engineering initiative.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Physics from St. Lawrence University, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
