Jeff Certosimo joined UIP in June 2020 as Vice President of Development. Jeff is responsible for acquiring, programing, entitling, financial modeling, consultant and lender relations, and overall project management of UIP’s adaptive reuse, ground up residential, and mixed-use development pipelines.
Prior to joining UIP, Jeff has entitled and built more than five million square feet of real estate at firms such as Renaissance Centro, Atlantic Realty and Toll Brothers.
Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University, a Masters of Urban Planning from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelors of Political Science from West Virginia University. Additionally, he has been involved with community affairs in Arlington County for over 10 years, where he was an appointed Housing Commissioner and Site Plan Review Committee member, and Chaired AHOME, a housing non-profit.
When not talking about real estate, Jeff enjoys a good Netflix binge, visiting Breweries and back packing in Europe with his wife.
