The Shelburne is an 8-story, mid-rise, residential property located at the corner of 17th and S Streets in the DuPont Circle neighborhood. UIP’s $1.2 million renovation included an upgrade to all major systems, brand new windows, 24-hour controlled access and the modernization of all common areas.
