Capitol Park Tower is situated in the historic Southwest Waterfront neighborhood and is part of the greater sub-market known as the Capitol Riverfront. The property is within walking distance of the Federal Center Metro Station, L’Enfant Plaza and the Waterfront Metro Station. UIP acquired the building in 2013 and has since upgraded the property’s apartments and implemented heavy capital improvement projects, including a new roof, an upgraded lobby, a fitness center, lounge and game room.
