This project is an adaptive reuse of existing building and unit layout. The property (99 units, 70,500 SF) was originally built as an apartment building before its conversion to a 99-room hotel. Built in 1965 and renovated in 2009, this 10 story building has 8,644 SF of retail and 18 below grade parking spaces.
