Today we acknowledge the passing this morning of our friend, our boss, our partner, our mentor, our leader, Wout Coster. Wout started UIP 15 years ago with co-founder Steve Schwat. Previously Wout worked for a Dutch pension fund and pioneered mega projects that changed cities; for example, two towers in Atlanta and two in Boston. Here in DC he built Market Square on Pennsylvania Ave. He is missed by all who knew him
