Two UIP Communities Recognized As PACE Award Winners!

Onyx and Frequency were honored with 2018 PACE Awards as two of the best apartment communities in our class in the metropolitan Washington area. We are proud to share that our communities won a Judge’s Choice Award. We competed against other communities in our area with similar rent and were evaluated based on criteria that included resident services, property condition and community outreach among various other factors.
