WY18 is a pair of 4-story, twin condominium developments located in the Adams Morgan/Kalorama submarket. The $4.8 million gut interior and exterior renovation of the two historic buildings preserved the ornamented façade while incorporating modern amenities such as rooftop decks with unparalleled city views, modernized floor plans with restored hardwood flooring, and all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Each of the 43 renovated condos feature stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, all new bath fixtures and tiling, and new balconies or patios. UIP also renovated and modernized the 4,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor.
