Norbeck Center is an existing retail center located at a major intersection in the suburbs of DC and has stable, long-term occupancy. The 8,257 square foot retail center contains seven units. The site is adjacent to the Norbeck Road/Georgia Avenue intersection, which sees around 42,000 cars daily. UIP acquired Norbeck Center in April of 2022.
