Monroe Towers is a 6-story, mid-rise, multi-family property located at the northeast intersection of 13th Street NW and Monroe Street NW, in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. UIP acquired Monroe Towers in May of 2014 and began a $2.5 million renovation. Apartment renovations include in-home laundry, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and all new bathrooms. Common area improvements include new windows, bike storage, HVAC and elevator repairs, and landscaping upgrades.
