Meridian Hill is a 5-story mid-rise, residential property located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. Situated between 18th Street and Meridian Hill Park, the building consists entirely of 1-Bedroom apartments. UIP purchased Meridian Hill in 2011 and has completed a $2.4 million renovation of the building. In addition to renovating the buildings’ common areas, UIP upgraded the building systems and individual apartments as well. Common area improvements included new front doors, key-fob and telephone-based controlled entry access, and a key-fob accessed bike storage room.
