Located on Bowie Road, just off MD-197, US-1 and MD-198, Laurel Pines is just four miles from the largest employer in Maryland, Fort Meade. The property consists of seven three-story garden-style buildings. Acquired in 2014 with Criterion Holdings, UIP managed the property and upgraded the garden-style buildings. Improvements included plumbing and electrical upgrades in addition to common area improvements and apartment repairs.

UIP sold the property in early 2017.
