Kenyon House is a 4-story, mid-rise, residential property located in the Columbia Heights submarket.  UIP’s $2.7 million renovation included the removal of the central boiler and addition of self-contained HVAC systems, landscape redesign, common area modernization, upgraded electric and plumbing, in-unit laundry, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and refinished bathrooms.
